How long will it take for my order to arrive? When shipping by ground methods, transit time will vary based on the "ship to" address. Destinations closer to our Savannah, GA, order processing facility will have shorter transit times than destinations located farther away. Please allow 2-7 business days for ground shipments. To ensure there are no delivery delays, please review your address and advise us immediately if you notice an error. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to rectify any mistakes in the delivery address. It is Oliver Bentleys policy not to replace items that are lost because an incorrect address was supplied.
We offer free ground shipping on orders of $50 or more as well as $7.95 flat rate ground shipping for shipments within the United States. If you prefer to select a specific carrier, we offer live rates through USPS and UPS. Simply enter your shipping address and our shopping cart will automatically calculate the rate for you.
